CVS 3/20/16-3/26/16

Hey there my frugal people… It has been a while since my last post but I came back bigger and better. Here is my haul for this week.

The first deal was spend $20 get $5.00ecb back on select suave, axe, dove, degree and Vaseline body care.

My breakdown:

5 Suave body wash at 1.99 each

1 Degree men deodorant at 6.99

Degree is also buy1get50%off

1 Degree Women deodorant a 3.49

My total was 20.43 before coupons.

I had BOGO coupon for suave I used 2 saving me 3.98

I Used two $2.00coupons for the deodorant bringing my total down to 12.45

Getting my 5.00ecb bringing my total down to 7.45. There are 3 rebates that I received from my SavingStar app which is 1.50 back for both deodorants and a .50 back for 1 body wash. Final total out of pocket for this is 3.95!

The Next deal was on the TRESemme’ and Dove Hair care. Spend 15 get a 5 ECB.

My breakdown:

TRESemme’ is 2/$8

Dove hair is 2/$10

Get two of each. Use 2 3.00off coupons bringing your total down to 16.00 I also had a 10%off BeautyClub coupon and there are SavingStar rebates for both. TRESemme’ is 1.00 back and dove hair care is 3.00 back. Total after all coupons, rebates and ECBs is $1.20 for all 4 hair care products.

The best deal so far that I had done was the Simple Cleanser wipes where it was B1G1 50%off.

I had coupons that are not pictured for B1G1 free. In my CVS the coupons took off a total of 6.79 and I had 4 coupons total.

Breakdown:

Buy 4 of the Cleansers or Moisturizer

My store charged me 7.99 twice

then 3.99 twice

Get 4 Facial Wipes

6.79 twice then 3.39 twice

My total was 40.73,  Used the 10%off beauty and subtract your B1g1 coupons making your total 9.49. After my SavingStar App rebate my total for all 8 Facial Care Products was  7.49. This also tracks for BeautyBucks so I will receive a ECB making the total even cheaper.

Oral B is Buy 1 get 5ECBs. Limit of 2 per card. I purchased 2 giving me a .02 Money Maker on three packs then  I paid out of pocket 2.73 for the floss.

IMG_7077SoftSoap is on sale for 3.49 with an instant Coupon for 1.50off There was also a MFC for 1.00off making them .99 each. Limit 1 per Card.

NYX is Spend 15 get 5 ECBs.

I purchased 2 Liquid Suede lipsticks at 6.49

and 1 lip pencil at 3.49

Used 10% off Beauty bringing my total to after ECBs 9.87

Last but not least Bic is buy 1 get 2.00ECB.

Bic was on sale for 6.99. I used a 3.00 off coupon bringing my total down to 4.99 then to 1.99 after ECBs.

 

Total Out of pocket today was 29.21. Had to go back in store and they forgot to credit me a few ECBS so then my out of pocket dropped $10 and some change. Making it  19.43 for a retail value of 167.07 that is a 89%savings and I also have 42.00ECB for next week!

CVS deals 2/21/16-2/27/16

Deals this week aren’t too huge for me. I did not go get a newspaper yet but the night is still young. I do know some of the coupons that are in the paper though.

  • FREE!!!! Cadbury Eggs: They are on sale for .99 this week and you receive a .99 ECB making this item FREE!!!
  • Colgate is 3.39 this week. At the redbox you print a instant coupon for $2 off making it 1.39. SUNDAY ONLY!!!! In-app coupon for 1.50 off making this a .11 MONEYMAKER. Again this is SUNDAY ONLY(2/21/16)
  • WetNWild is .99 this week and also buy2get1free… This week in the SmartSource you get .50 off of one coupon, Buy 3 WetNWild products at .99 each and use 3 of the .50 off coupons total would be .48 cents. GREAT DEAL!!!!
  • 7UP, A&W, Canada Dry and Sunkist is on sale for .99 you get an instant coupon for .30 off making the 2 liters .69 each.
  • Tide detergent 37-50oz is on sale for 5.94 each. Buy 1 get 1 ECB, use your $2.00 off coupon. get you some 2.94 Detergent. One per card
  • Tide pods are 4.44 each use $2.00 off coupon… STOCK UP
  • Excedrin 24ct is 4.99 get 2ECB back.

There are other deals in store, I just posted the best ones for this week with my coupons… HAPPY SAVINGS!!!!!!!!!

CVS Deals 2/14/16-2/20/16

For the little Ones:

  • It is still cold and flu season, the deal that I have for you is the Children’s Robitussin with is sale priced at 4.99. In the RedPlum there is a coupon for $3.00 off of any making your final cost 1.99 and if you have taxes you factor them in.

My scenario is buy 1 at the 1.99 price with ECBs paying nothing out of pocket also redeeming my credit from SavingStar app which is 3.00 credit making it a 1.01 MoneyMaker.

  • Children’s Advil is also on sale for 2.37(Prices may vary) in the RedPlum there is a $3.00 off coupon making this deal a .63 MoneyMaker. In $1.oo rebate on SavingStar but I unfortunately am not eligible to receive this rebate. Happy Savings!!

 

Now on to some Beauty

  • Printing at the RedBox machine is a $10.00 off of a $40.00 purchase of Facial care products.
  • Revlon is spend $10.00 get 3.00ECB back. Make this work in your favor if you still have the B1G1 coupon. Max of 6 per card.
  • Buy $10.00 in CVS brand facial towelettes or cleansers and get $4.00 in ECB back. Some products as low as $1.99 each. Max of 1 per card.

Laundry

  • Tide Pods are on sale for 4.44 this week. In last weeks RedPlum there was a $2.00 off of Tide products making this deal $2.44 each. Stock up!!

Bathroom

  • Scott single roll of toilet paper is on sale for 3/$3.00 and when you put you number into the RedBox  Machine you get a $1.00 off coupon making this deal 3/$2.00.

Food

  • Milk is buy 1 get $1.00 ECB back limit of 1

Walgreens accepts my Military Discount

I just found out that my Walgreens accepts my military Discount. Do you know all the policies for your local Walgreens. On top of the mass coupon deals that we have we also have the extra 15% off each item. That’s a huge savings when you are purchasing 10.00 worth(NET cost) of merchandise and you have your coupons with you to help only spending 2.42 out of pocket!!!!! This is my trip from today using my MD and coupons. Happy Savings!!!

Scoring 97% off your transactions

 

Typically when couponing, you must have set budgets in plan. knowing items you need for the week/deals of the week come into play with saving as much as possible. This week at CVS I decided to just get a few of the deals corresponding with my coupons. I chose to do the Halls deal.

Buy 2 packs for $3.00 during check out you get a printable coupon for $1.00 making them $2.00, I had a coupon for $1.00 off of 2 packs of Halls making my end price $1.00 or .50 cents per bag. I also have the app Checkout 51 for a $1.00 rebate on two bags of halls making them FREE!!!

I also picked up the Revlon Deal which was spend $15.00 get a $5.00 ECB back. In the 2/7 Smart Source there was a coupon for Buy a Revlon eyeliner receive the mascara for FREE, the Eyeliner is 8.49, the mascara is 8.99 making your total 17.48 surpassing the $15.00. My coupon valued at 11.69off of the purchase making my total 5.79 out of pocket or using ECBs. But You also receive $5.00 in ECBs back making the price for them both .79 which is a 97% savings!!!!!

Walgreens 2/7/16-2/13/16

This week at Walgreens there are several sales going on:

  1. 1.99 Arm and Hammer Liquid Laundry Detergent
    1. I have a better dealing getting 1 for .69 total
      1. Buy the 25 to 32 load Detergent, At my Walgreens they accept Military Discount. Bringing it from 1.99 to 1.69. My store would only accept $1 off coupon making this .69 each. STOCK UP PRICE!!!!!!
      2. Other scenario: Buy 2 A&H Laundry Detergents at 3.98 use 2 $1.oo off coupon in from Coupons.com making it 1.98
    2. CANDY DEAL OF THE WEEK: Hershey’s Candy 1.1 to 2oz. .69
    3. Dawn Dish Liquid is .99 for the 9oz bottle
      1. There are .25 off Dawn coupons on Walgreens.com making this dawn only .74
      2. There were .30 off Dawn on coupons.com (if they are still available) making it .69 each for the 9oz bottle
    4. Kellogg’s Cereal and Pop-Tarts are 1.88
      1. Could be cheaper if you find coupons for them. ibotta has a .50 cent rebate making the cereal 1.38(one time ibotta rebate)
    5. Glade has a MoneyMaker Sale. AUTOMATIC STARTER PACK ONLY: 4.99
      1. Use your SmartSource coupon from 2/7 which is $3.00 off of the Automatic Spray Starter Kit. Pay the 1.99 at the register and a $2.00 coupon will print at the register for your next purchase. Making this a .01 MoneyMaker!
    6. Glade also has the Wax Melt Warmer on sale for 7.49.
      1. In the SmartSource 2/7 there is a coupon for $2.00 off. pay 5.49 at the register and receive $1.50 off coupon for your next purchase. Making the Wax Warmer 3.99. If you have the ibotta app there is also a 3.00 rebate making the Wax Warmer only .99 after coupons and rebates.
    7. Milk is on sale for for 2.99 this week. If you have the ibotta app you can get a .50 rebate making the milk 2.49(Limit of 2 gallons per card)
    8. Aquafina 24PK Water is 3.99
